Our Winery
The century-old cellar was completely renovated in 2002. Located opposite the castle, it houses concrete vats that enable the traditional winemaking process and temperature control. The barrel storage area is located in the part of the cellar that is carved into the rock.
In order to meet the very precise standards of the wine industry, we treat our vines and harvest with special affection and care. The work that takes place in the winery is undertaken with a much respect for the grapes and attention to detail. Our oenologist, Olivier Mérieux, supports us throughout the winemaking process. Monday to Saturday: 10:00am - 12:30pm and 4:00pm - 7:00pm
